Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Support senior chefs in delivering exceptional food standards and service.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, labelling, and temperature procedures are followed at all times.
Assist with stock management, deliveries, and the correct storage of ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
Support hospitality events, private dining, and special functions as required.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Contribute to menu development and help minimise food waste where appropriate.
About You We're looking for someone who: Has previous food preparation or basic cooking experience.
Has a genuine passion for food and cooking.
Is keen to learn and develop their culinary skills.
Enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Can work flexibly, including evenings and weekends when required.
Desirable NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery, Practical Cookery, or an equivalent qualification.
