A prestigious independent prep school is seeking a creative, forward-thinking Nursery Manager to lead its thriving, well-resourced nursery. - Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated nursery team
- Oversee staffing, rotas, ratios, and safer recruitment
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and statutory guidance
- Drive high-quality teaching, learning, and care across all rooms
- Support children's development, wellbeing, and early intervention
- Manage operational and financial performance
- Represent the nursery at open days, tours, and marketing events
