Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and serve exceptional coffee, ensuring consistency and quality.
– Engage with customers to provide warm, welcoming service.
– Assist with food preparation and general café duties.
– Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and seating areas.
– Handle cash and card transactions efficiently.
– Support the team during peak hours and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.
