Key Responsibilities:

? Plan, prepare, and execute high-volume banqueting menus for weddings, conferences, and corporate events.
? Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards.
? Ensure all dishes are prepared to a consistently high standard , meeting guest expectations.
? Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulations.
? Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management to ensure cost efficiency.
? Lead, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth service during busy events.
? Adapt to varying dietary requirements and special requests.

Requirements:

?? Previous experience as a Banqueting Chef, Sous Chef, or Senior Chef de Partie in a hotel or large-scale catering environment.
?? Strong ability to manage multiple events and high-volume service efficiently.
?? Excellent knowledge of banqueting production, food safety, and allergens .
?? Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
?? Strong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills.
