We are recruiting several motivated and dependable individuals to join our client's Catering team on a temp-to-perm basis. These roles are perfect for candidates who enjoy working in a busy environment, deliver great service, and work well within a team. Full training is provided for successful applicants.
About the Role
As a Catering Assistant/Porter, you will support the day-to-day running of a high-volume catering operation. Your responsibilities may include:
- Transporting meals and supplies using trolleys and electric vehicles
- Assisting with food preparation, plating, and assembly work
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness across all areas
- Operating industrial dishwashing and cleaning equipment
- Monitoring stock levels and restocking as required
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service
- Completing routine tasks and records using app-based systems
This role is active and hands-on, supporting an Assembly Kitchen environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday availability is essential
- Some weekend work will be required depending on operational needs
- Consistent, reliable attendance is key due to the temp-to-perm nature of the roles
