HGV Class 1 Driver - Preston Area
Blue Arrow is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers with a minimum of 6 month's Class 1 driving experience for our client based in the Preston area.
The Role
Start time: 09: 00 am
- Assisting with the loading of your vehicles at the start of the shift
- Delivering goods to various customer sites
- Assisting with unloading at delivery locations
- Using a handheld scanning device to record deliveries and collections
- Representing the client professionally and providing excellent customer service
Pay Rates
- Β£19.08 per hour for the first 40 hours worked per week
- Β£27.26 per hour for all hours worked over 40 hours
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) License
- Minimum 6 month's HGV Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
- In-date Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication skills
- Ability to assist with loading and unloading duties
