Logistics Administrator. A 12 month contract to join Lancashire Councils Waste Recycling Operation at their Waste Recycling site based in Leyland, Preston. This is a part time role working Mon – Fri 12:00 – 17:30 Mon – Fri (27.5 hours per week) offering an excellent hourly pay rate of £15.84 p/h. JOB SUMMARY: As a Logistics Administrator will be detailed-oriented and proactive in your duties and responsibilities. You will be responsible for providing general and systems administrative support to the Logistics Department, which is inclusive of all aspects of our logistics services. Administrative Support Provide timely administrative support to the Logistics Department, including documentation management, procure to pay processes, data entry, scheduling, record-keeping, and minute taking. Attend business meetings as scheduled, and support in the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes as requested. Liaise with external stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and suppliers on Logistics related matters, ensuring accurate and timely submissions as required.
