Blue Arrow is recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Catering Assistants to work across a range of sites in and around Tunbridge Wells, including schools, care homes, hospitality venues, and commercial kitchens.

The Role
As a Catering Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting kitchen teams and delivering excellent food service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients
Serving food and beverages to customers
Clearing and cleaning dining areas and service points
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Supporting stock deliveries and stock rotation
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following food hygiene, health & safety, and site procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
Previous catering, kitchen, or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and in a busy environment
Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
Understanding of food hygiene standards (training can be provided)
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
