We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained. This role is essential in helping us provide nutritious and delicious meals to our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the preparation and cooking of meals.
  • Serve food to students and staff in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with washing up and cleaning duties.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Support the Head Cook and other kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A valid DBS check is required for this position.
