Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Catering Assistants to work across a variety of client sites in the Tunbridge Wells area. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work within schools, care homes, and commercial kitchens.

The Role

  • Support the kitchen team to deliver a high-quality food service, ensuring excellent standards of hygiene and customer service.
  • Basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients).
  • Serving food and drinks to customers.
  • Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
  • Setting up and clearing service areas and dining spaces.
  • Washing up and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
  • Supporting with stock rotation and deliveries.
  • Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
