Are you hands-on, reliable, and looking for a role where every day brings something different? We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. You will be working at the heart of our refurbishment operation, helping to bring customer headsets back to life while supporting the wider warehouse function.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Headset Refurbishment
- Receiving pallets of customer headsets
- Cleaning and refurbishing units to a high standard
- Replacing foam ear pads, small components, and chips
- Repacking refurbished units ready for safe return to the customer
- Preparing orders for despatch, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Warehouse Duties
- Goods-in: unloading deliveries, checking items, and logging stock
- Storing items in the correct locations
- Picking, packing, and preparing outbound orders
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe
- Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Good attention to detail and pride in completing quality work
- Comfortable handling small components and doing repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Able to lift and move stock safely
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential - full training provided!
