We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) to support a warm and welcoming care home based in Sevenoaks. This role is offered through our agency, providing flexibility and ongoing opportunities in a rewarding kitchen environment.
About the Role:
- Preparing high-quality dishes in line with set menus
- Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen standards
- Ensuring meals are plated and served to a high standard
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
- Adhering to all food safety and health & safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level
- Confidence working independently in a care or catering environment
- Strong understanding of dietary requirements, soft diets, and allergens (desirable)
- A calm, organised, and professional approach
- Reliability, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
