Blue Arrow is currently recruiting Catering Assistants to work across a variety of client sites in the Tunbridge Wells area. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible work within schools, care homes, and commercial kitchens.
As a Catering Assistant, you will support the kitchen team to deliver a high-quality food service, ensuring excellent standards of hygiene and customer service:
- Basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients)
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas
- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Previous catering or kitchen experience preferred but not essential. Understanding of food hygiene standards (training can be provided). Food handlers must follow strict hygiene practices and safety procedures to ensure food is safe to eat.
