Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries (phone, email, and web) from both residential and commercial clients
  • Create accurate and timely quotations for a variety of restoration services including fire, flood, mould, and specialist cleaning
  • Build trust and rapport with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Maintain and develop your pipeline by following up with leads and progressing opportunities
  • Collaborate with technicians, project managers, and fellow sales colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Keep the CRM system updated with lead information, client communication, and task completion
  • Support colleagues with diary management and scheduling sales meetings where needed
