We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie (CDP) to support a warm and welcoming care home based in Sevenoaks. This role is offered through our agency, providing flexibility and ongoing opportunities in a rewarding kitchen environment.

About the Role:

As a CDP within a care home setting, you will play a key role in delivering nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet the dietary needs of residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality dishes in line with set menus
• Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen standards
• Ensuring meals are plated and served to a high standard
• Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
• Adhering to all food safety and health & safety regulations

What We\’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar level
• Confidence working independently in a care or catering environment
• Strong understanding of dietary requirements, soft diets, and allergens (desirable)
• A calm, organised, and professional approach
• Reliability, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
