We are looking for a Catering Supervisor. The Supervisor will need to be reliable, engaging, and forward thinking. Mostly Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30-5:30, 36 hours/week. Weekend work is occasional, and evening events happen every now and again so there will need to be an element of flexibility.
Supervisor duties are as follows:
- Stock ordering
- Staff scheduling
- Customer service
- Attention to detail on service & retail display
- Communication and engagement with senior management
- Due diligence & health and safety processes
