Location: Reading Contract: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 per annum equivalent
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Flexible shifts across 7 days (operation runs 7am-Midnight)
Typical Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off (approx. 37.5 hours/week)

We\’re looking for a charismatic and driven Bar Manager to take charge of a lively multi-venue operation in Reading. You\’ll be the heartbeat of the bar scene-leading a young, energetic team, curating unforgettable guest experiences, and keeping everything running like clockwork.

Your Role
* Manage day-to-day bar operations across multiple venues
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of student bar staff
* Ensure compliance with alcohol licensing and safety standards
* Maintain high levels of customer service and team performance
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
* Handle payment systems and financial procedures
* Innovate with drinks menus, promotions, and service ideas
