Location: Dalmuir (Must be within a 45-minute travel distance)

Salary: 33,066 per annum + 3% commission

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week

Hours: Various shifts and weekend working

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ticketing & Transactions - Checking and issuing tickets, handling cash and card payments.
  • Train Patrol & Customer Support - Managing crowded conditions, assisting passengers, and resolving travel concerns.
  • Accessibility Assistance - Supporting passengers with disabilities as they board and alight trains, including using a portable ramp (weighing up to 15kg) when required.

Your ability to stay calm, organised, and adaptable is key to ensuring a smooth and positive journey for everyone.
