What You'll Be Doing:- Real-Time Communication: Convert spoken words into text instantly and accurately. Support Relay UK calls, Directory Enquiries (118500), and more.
- Communicating With Care: Stay calm, patient, and empathetic, especially during difficult or emotional calls. Provide a reliable lifeline for users who depend on you.
- Attention to Detail: Your precision keeps conversations flowing smoothly. Your accuracy ensures clarity and safety, especially in urgent situations.
- Outstanding Typing Skills (Essential): You MUST type 50 WPM at 98% accuracy. Typing will be tested during the application process.
