Our client is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator in Bellshill ML4.
Job role: Contract Administrator
Pay: 12.75 p/h (PAYE)
Hours: 0800 - 17.00
Start date: 09/06/2025
End date: 08/01/2026 (7 months temp)
Location: Bellshill ML4
General Overview: As Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Scheduling Team working exclusively on the Wheatley contract. You will work closely with Contract Managers and Supervisors to ensure all works are scheduled and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements, in order to meet KPIs.
Role Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including answering telephone calls, communicating with Engineers, Customers, suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required
- Assigning work to soft services providers to ensure all consumables, waste, window cleaning, Pest Control, contractual obligations are met fully
- Collating meter readings, chasing engineers for completion, and associated reporting
- Daily reactive reporting to the client
- Assigning subcontractor reactive work orders to the relevant subcontractor
- Ensuring Sub-contractor Planner is accurately maintained at all times
- Completion of the monthly client performance dashboard report
- Raising Purchase Orders and receipting invoices with meticulous attention to detail
- Problem solving - assisting with operational problems and finding a resolution through CAFM systems, Coupa, SAP, Magellan etc.
- Assisting the Account Manager with all aspects of the operation including but not limited to booking travel, organising meetings, completing Spreadsheets and writing performance reports
- Proficient IT skills; with the ability to use various computer packages proficiently, including SAP, Planon, Coupa, Word and Excel (Training on SAP/Planon & Coupa). Also accessing and updating Customers Portals
- Other administrative duties as required to support business needs
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa - & Planon) desirable
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrate good team working ability with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests
- Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage and organise heavy workloads, prioritising relevant business leads
