Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a team that is seeing massive growth and new contract wins. This role is temporary; however, there could be a possibility for the role to go permanent for the right person. You will be based in the office, 5 days per week.
Role involves:
- Effectively coordinate the direct labour teams and external staff, while maximising productivity and utilisation.
- Assist wider team to effectively plan work.
- Manage client specific business portal to obtain work.
- Review provided paperwork.
- Prioritise job assignment and assign appropriate resources.
- Prepare and submit licensing applications.
- Collate completed work information and process data on appropriate systems in a timely manner.
- Ensure jobs are managed from start to finish maintaining regular contact with clients.
Requirements:
- Good national geographic knowledge.
- Planning experience.
- Excellent IT skills - MS Office.
