Blue Arrow are working with a client that is looking to bring in additional staff to their team due to continued growth. They are looking for a Contract Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate the direct labour team and subcontractors to fulfil the contract, in line with all regulatory checks and restrictions, on time and to an agreeable accepted standard as set by the business management and the client whilst maximising productivity and utilisation and maintaining job profitability.

As a contractor you will:

  • Assist team to effectively plan work
  • Manage client specification
  • Prioritise job assignment and assign appropriate resources
  • Prepare and submit licensing applications
  • Ensure all safety, operational and regulatory considerations are addressed prior to commencement of works
  • Liaise with sub-contractor to distribute and allocate work
  • Collate completed work information and process data
  • Ensure client jobs are managed from start to finish maintaining regular communication and providing updates

Experience required:

  • Planning experience
  • Good geographical knowledge
  • Excellent IT skills
  • MS Office
