About the Role
We are currently recruiting two Drilling Assistants/Labourers to support a major project based around the Loch Kemp/Loch Ness area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist team on an exciting outdoor project with a consistent rotation pattern and competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting drilling teams with day‑to‑day operations
- Manual handling of tools, equipment and materials
- Supporting site preparation and maintaining a tidy working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures on site
- Working effectively as part of a small team in remote outdoor locations
What We're Looking For
- Previous labouring or outdoor/manual work experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, hardworking and safety‑conscious
- Ability to work on extended shift rotations (15 on / 15 off)
- CSCS card desirable but not essential
