Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for residential children, ensuring nutritional and dietary requirements are met.
- Create exquisite dishes for weddings, high-end dinners, and Royal occasions.
- Work independently in our lodges, managing up to 40 covers for a 3-course, 5-choice dinner.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
- Engage with customers, providing a personable and friendly service.
- Adapt to various culinary styles and dietary needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie.
- Ability to manage all aspects of the kitchen, from preparation to presentation.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

- Must be able to drive due to the location.
