Blue Arrow has an exciting opportunity for experienced Kitchen Porters to join our client for the season (May - October). The venue is a busy hotel in the beautiful Scottish countryside (Loch Lomond area). This is a seasonal job starting in May until October 2026. Due to the remote location, applicants must be able to live in.
Please note this is full-time hours, so all candidates must be available to work full-time hours and relocate to live in a beautiful remote area for the season.
Job Role:- Wash and clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure all crockery and equipment are hygienically cleaned and stored correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal areas.
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks when required.
- Ensure all health and safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Help manage waste and recycling in line with company procedures.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
- Experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a busy restaurant or bar.
- Current Food Hygiene Level 1 or above.
- Be available to relocate and live at the hotel (or drive to the venue daily).
