About the Role
We are recruiting for a Dispensing Operative to join a growing team based at Maryhill Science Park. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude who are looking to build a long-term career within a great working environment. You will begin in a hands-on role focusing on packing boxes and general support tasks. Over time, as you develop, you will progress into working with cobots and handling vials, gaining valuable technical experience in a clean, well-organised setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing boxes and preparing products for dispatch
- Basic assembly and handling of materials
- Supporting daily manufacturing and warehouse workflows
- Picking and packing tasks as required
- Following health & safety guidelines at all times
- Progressing into cobot operation and vial handling after training
Ideal Background
- Experience in any of the following is beneficial (but not essential):
- Manufacturing
- Warehouse work
- Picking & packing
- Assembly or production line work
The most important factor is attitude - reliability, willingness to learn, and a positive approach are key.
