About the Role
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will oversee the planning, implementation and management of mechanical services across a wide range of properties. You will provide expert design input, manage statutory compliance, lead contract administration and ensure all mechanical systems meet regulatory and organisational standards. You will report to the Facilities Co‑ordinator and provide line management to a Mechanical Services Technician. This is an initial 12‑month contract, with the potential for extension depending on organisational needs.
