Location: Wishaw North Lanarkshire
Position: Security Guard
Contract Type: Full-Time
Pay rate: 13.32 per hour
Shifts: Day shift 06:00-14:00 and Back shift 14:00-22:00 rotational

Our client is looking for a dedicated Security Guard to join their facilities team within a hospital and help maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Provide a reassuring presence and assist with conflict resolution
• Ensure access control and visitor management procedures are

followed

• Work closely with clinical and support teams to maintain a safe environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a security role (preferably in a health care or public setting)
• Valid PVG Disclosure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• A strong sense of integrity and responsibility
