This is a hands-on, outdoor role working across all areas of the nursery to support plant production, order preparation, and customer service to our wholesale clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Picking, preparing, and labelling customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Loading and unloading deliveries (manual handling required)
This is outdoors so you must be available to work outdoors in all weather.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work.
Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
