Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Location: Cambuslang
Pay Rate: 14.04 per hour - Back shift
Shifts: Ongoing Back shift - Monday to Thursday, 2pm-10pm, and Friday, 2pm-6pm
This role is ideal for someone with experience in construction, groundwork, trades assistance, or a similar hands-on environment. You will be working with various materials, operating hand and power tools, and supporting the assembly/fabrication of construction components. Full training on all tools and processes will be provided.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, labouring, or a similar physical work environment
- Confident using or learning to use hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work safely and meet daily targets
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Good organisational skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
