Blue Arrow is recruiting for experienced food production operatives on a temp to perm contract for a well-established food manufacturing company based in Bellshill.

Location: Bellshill

Shifts: Sunday to Wednesday

Time: 7.30pm - 6am NIGHTSHIFT

Pay: 14.82

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read and understand production plan
  • Identifying and decanting raw materials into food containers
  • Weighing out batches to agreed recipes and methods
  • Knowledge of mixer settings/ensuring mixing procedures are followed
  • Knowledge of rack oven programmes
  • Ensure paperwork and records are accurately recorded
  • Adhere to product spec and quality documents
  • Boxing, labelling and palletising
  • Ability to pack at speed of production line
  • Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Previous food production experience
