As a Catering Supervisor, you will lead a team of catering staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused food service operation that meets all standards, food hygiene regulations, and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the day to day operation of hospital catering services
- Lead, motivate, and support catering staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure meals are prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards
- Monitor compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Manage staff rotas, attendance, and training requirements
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management

About You
\n
The successful candidate will have:

- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service environment
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy healthcare environment
- A customer-focused approach with attention to detail
