This role involves supporting daily food service operations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and delivering excellent customer service to staff and visitors.
Please note: This position requires the ability to commit to full-time hours on a consistent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with food preparation and presentation in an open kitchen setting.
- Serve meals and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, service counters, and dining areas.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Support stock rotation and replenishment of supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to queries or requests.
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food service (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Availability for full-time working hours is mandatory.
