Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Nightshift Shift Manager working in West Lothian. You will work in a busy manufacturing facility leading a team of 14 staff. The role is working 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts. The role is responsible for ensuring the management and delivery of key manufacturing metrics, encompassing safety, food safety and product quality, customer order fulfilment and service.
