Start a hands-on career as Trainee Installer working across Scotland. Blue Arrow is looking for a Trainee Installer to join our clients installation team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction or groundworks experience who wants to learn specialist skills and progress within a growing company. You will receive on-the-job training and work alongside experienced installers.

What you will do:

  • Assist with installing outdoor equipment
  • Groundworks including excavation, kerbing, fencing & landscaping
  • Set out sites and follow drawings & specifications
  • Work safely with tools and equipment
  • Support the team to complete projects on time

What you will need:

  • CSCS card
  • At least 2 years' experience in construction, groundworks or labouring
  • Full clean manual driving licence (own transport desirable)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Physically fit and happy working outdoors
