?? Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the preparation and cutting of meat products

Learning butchery techniques including boning, trimming, and portioning

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety

Supporting with stock rotation and inventory checks

Serving customers and providing product advice when required

Keeping the work area clean, organised, and compliant with health regulations
