Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Administrator to join the team. This role plays a key part in supporting enrolment processes, maintaining accurate student data, and ensuring the smooth running of timetabling and administrative activities across the campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate data entry of student enrolments
- Supporting timetables and register data, including:
- Booking rooms
- Amending sessions
- Processing student withdrawals
- Reviewing enrolment data and annotating reports
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Must have experience within an educational environment
- Valid DBS (must be on the update service)
- Funding knowledge is desirable but not essential
