We are a manufacturing warehouse making underlay from old mattresses. Your role will be a machine operator - feeding mattresses through various parts of a mechanical operation and producing an underlay as a finished product. We believe heavily in sustainability. If you already have production experience and are looking for a role that is safe and gives you full-time work each week, this is a great opportunity to review.
You will need to attend a meet & greet on site to discuss your previous roles, and it’s also about having the right attitude regarding work and how you are with colleagues.
What will you be responsible for?
- Loading raw materials into machinery
- Operating machines by pressing designated control buttons during the production process
- Starting machinery on the early shift
- Shutting down machinery on the late shift
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Accurately recording completion times for each production run

Pay: £13.41 per hour, £75 per week attendance bonus (based on full attendance and punctuality). Overtime available when production increases.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, rotating 2-shift pattern: 6:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 12:00am. Candidates must be able to work both shifts.
