Blue Arrow Liverpool is looking for a Support Consultant who loves variety, building relationships and keeping a busy recruitment operation running smoothly.
If you enjoy candidate contact, staying on top of admin and being that reliable person the team can count on - you'll fit right in with us. It's a lot of hard work but very rewarding. You will start in a temp role with the view that progression for the right person is available - we never let great people go!
As our Support Consultant, you'll support the full recruitment cycle and keep everything moving. Your role will include:
- Recruitment administration - updating systems, adding notes, maintaining accurate records
- Candidate attraction - posting job adverts, screening applications and building talent pools
- Filling bookings quickly - matching candidates to roles and supporting consultants during peak demand
- Interviewing & candidate care - conducting initial interviews, staying in touch and ensuring a smooth experience
- Compliance - completing right-to-work checks and keeping documentation up-to-date
- Consultant holiday cover - stepping in with confidence to maintain service levels
