Our client is looking for an experienced office administrator who will be working within the catering office team. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations by managing clerical, logistical, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling correspondence (emails/phone)
- Managing office invoicing
- Scheduling meetings and booking staffing requirements
- Ordering food supplies
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8pm - 3pm
Hourly rate: £13.30 - 35 hours per week
Salary: £26k
Duration: 4-6 month ongoing role, could extend
Daily tasks include:
- Providing administrative support across the Department
- Maintaining systems and completing all necessary administrative tasks
- Providing administrative support to managers within the Catering Team
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Catering in the administration of the Hospitality bookings, receiving orders, processing, and liaising with customers
- Providing IT related support, producing documents, spreadsheets, and plans utilising Microsoft Office software
- Forward-planning meetings including scheduling, booking rooms, ordering hospitality, preparing & copying documentation, and making arrangements to ensure accessibility as required
- Working collaboratively alongside all staff to ensure engagement with cross-functional teams, in order to maximise efficiency and customer service
