We are looking for an organised, proactive and passionate person about helping people. Blue Arrow Liverpool is looking for a Sales Consultant who loves variety, building relationships and keeping a busy recruitment operation running smoothly. If you enjoy candidate contact, staying on top of admin and being that reliable person the team can count on - you'll fit right in with us. It's a lot of hard work but very rewarding.
As a Sales Consultant, you'll support the full recruitment cycle and keep everything moving. Your role will include:
- Calling Leads to get new business
- Generating leads - research on companies to work with
- Sales calls - Cold calls to Schools, Care Homes and Businesses to work with us
- Candidate attraction - posting job adverts, screening applications and building talent pools
- Filling bookings quickly - matching candidates to roles and supporting consultants during peak demand
- Interviewing & candidate care - conducting initial interviews, staying in touch and ensuring a smooth experience
- Compliance - completing right to work checks and keeping documentation up-to-date
- Consultant holiday cover - stepping in with confidence to maintain service levels
This is a fast paced, people focused role where you'll make a real impact every day.
