You will previously have worked in a call centre or customer service role and have evidence that you can sell to people using effective negotiating skills. This is a great role and provides a full-time opportunity with a company that is dedicated to you as an individual.
Your objective is to get as many appointments booked in each week; we do work to targets as this helps have a goal to work to.
Your typical day looks like this:
- Talking through orders to customers & checking progress
- Up selling on orders
- Beating sales targets to warm leads - this involves calling customers and talking through our flooring products for home or gardens
We sell flooring to domestic and external premises. You will have an interest in people and talking to them. Sales will be something you do naturally and you won't shy away from customers not interested. This role will suit someone that enjoys talking to people and has a natural flair in speaking with customers with ease.
