Are you a people-focused, organised communicator who wants to make a real difference to tenants across the Highlands? We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support improvement works in council homes and help ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process.

  • Be the key link between tenants, contractors & Housing teams
  • Co-ordinate access, surveys & care-related arrangements
  • Gather feedback & help drive service quality
  • Keep systems and project information up to date

Requirements:

  • Confidence with data, reports & spreadsheets
  • Experience in housing or a similar service
  • Full driving licence & access to transport (Essential)
