We are hiring a Tenant Liaison Officer for a temporary role (35 hrs) with hybrid working.
Are you a people-focused, organised communicator who wants to make a real difference to tenants across the Highlands? We are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support improvement works in council homes and help ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process.
What You'll Do:
- Be the key link between tenants, contractors & Housing teams
- Support tenants through planned improvement works
- Co-ordinate access, surveys & care-related arrangements
- Gather feedback & help drive service quality
- Keep systems and project information up to date
What You'll Bring:
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Good organisational ability and attention to detail
- Confidence with data, reports & spreadsheets
- Experience in housing or a similar service
- Full driving licence & access to transport (Essential)
What we are offering:
- Salary - £28,665.00 (Pro-Rata)
- Shifts are Monday to Friday so you will have your weekends free.
