Blue Arrow are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their client in Inverness.

Job Description:

  • Provide administration support within a busy office
  • Responsible for answering phone calls and emails
  • Manage a booking system and record keeping

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 National 5 qualifications, including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications, or relevant previous job experience in an administrative role
  • Must be competent in the use of MS Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experienced in understanding and following policies and procedures
