The role of the Tech Admin Stock Control is to work closely with the Tech Stock Controller in completing departmental stock takes on all tech sub departments and tech stock holdings. Through organization, planning, monitoring, liaising, and reporting with supervisors and management across the operation, the tech admin will ensure admin tasks are carried out in a timely manner and to the required quality standards in compliance with business policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily stock takes of stock holding through a predetermined schedule throughout the department.
- Perform weekly high-value specific stock takes.
- Assist in all picking and reconciliation of stock requirements.
- Ensure consistent levels of stock are maintained to achieve business goals and sales targets through regular stock taking.
- Help in managing goods received conducting counts and reconciliation work on inbound product.
- Manage the warehouse and departmental space to ensure stock holding is managed as expected.
The roles operate on a 4 on 4 off shift rota working 07:00 - 19:00. The pay rate will be £12.96 an hour. Weekly Pay plus up to 28 days holiday per annum. Immediate Start for successful candidate.
