About the Role

  • Champion inclusive practice across the setting
  • Identify and support children with SEND, ensuring early intervention
  • Work closely with staff to develop individual support plans

About You

  • Has experience working in an early‑years setting
  • Holds a relevant early‑years qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • Has completed, or is willing to complete, recognised SENCO training
  • Understands the EYFS and SEND Code of Practice
  • Is proactive, organised, and confident in working with children, families, and professionals
  • Brings warmth, empathy, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education
