About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team in Redcar. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring smooth day-to-day front of house operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage front of house staff to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure full knowledge and implementation of menus and drinks offerings
- Oversee counter set-up and presentation standards
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, temperature control, and hygiene regulations
- Ensure all team members are fully briefed on allergens and compliance procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer care and resolve any issues professionally
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food service, hygiene standards and allergen regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
