Blue Arrow is looking for a commercial powerhouse to drive growth across our driving division in the South West. Reporting directly into the Business Director, this role is about winning market share, accelerating revenue, and leading from the front. If you thrive on targets, strategy, and building elite performing teams and you know how to turn relationships into long term, high value accounts this is your opportunity to own a region and make a visible commercial impact. You’ll inherit strong foundations and be expected to scale them fast, and have full accountability across the South West. This is a hands on sales leadership role, combining strategic growth planning with visible, energetic leadership.
What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- Driving revenue growth across the South West through aggressive new business development and expansion of key accounts
- Leading, motivating, and performance managing consultants to exceed sales and margin targets
- Owning and executing the regional driving sales strategy, fully aligned to national objectives
- Partnering closely with the Business Director to deliver divisional commercial objectives
- Influencing senior clients, and high value commercial negotiations
- Using data, KPIs, and forecasts to drive predictable, scalable growth
- Embedding a high performance sales culture built on accountability, pace, and winning behaviours
- Developing future sales leaders through coaching, succession planning, and the INSPIRE development programme
- Acting as a senior commercial ambassador for the Blue Arrow brand in the South West market
What It Takes to Win in This Role:
- You are a proven biller‑turned‑leader or senior recruitment sales leader with experience in driving recruitment at scale.
- A track record of leading sales teams to exceed revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of high‑volume, on‑site, and managed service recruitment models
- Commercial confidence to operate at boardroom level while still driving sales activity on the ground
- A leadership style that's results‑focused, motivational, and decisive
- Level 2/3 BA competencies, demonstrated at interview and in role
- Fluency with recruitment technology and process, delivering right‑first‑time execution
- A mindset aligned to the Blue Arrow Recruitment values, energy, ownership, ambition, and resilience
