The Role
- You'll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver fresh, high-quality dishes to a steady and manageable service.
- Working 12pm - 9pm shifts 5 days out of 7 (40 hours per week)
- Leading a small, close-knit team (4 chefs + KP support)
- Consistent service levels: Saturday: ~50 covers, Sunday: 80-100 covers
- You’ll be responsible for maintaining standards, supporting junior team members, and ensuring smooth service every time.
